Ingredients:
1 lb uncle bens converted rice 2 rolls bulk sausage
1-2 bell peppers chopped 1 can beef consume’
1 onion 1 can French onion soup
½ cup green onion chopped 1 small can tomato sauce
parsley 1 stick of butter
1 lb. link sausage
1 lb. ground beef
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350.Chop and cook meat and drain then set aside. Combine bell peppers, onions, green onion, parsley, consume’, onion soup, tomato sauce, and butter. Simmer until vegetables are tender. In a large dutch oven or baking dish, combine uncooked rice, meats, and vegetable mixture. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. DO NOT UNCOVER OR OPEN LID DURING COOKING. If the rice is not tender after cooking, add a little water and cook for 10 minutes more with cover on.

Bacon Chicken
Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon cooked
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
3 cloves of garlic or minced garlic
shredded cheese of your choice
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook and crumble bacon and set aside. Pour out grease but don’t wipe out pan, add butter and oil to pan. Sauté chicken till done then place chicken in ungreased baking dish. Cook onions and garlic in drippings, add a little butter to pan if needed. When onions are done add bacon to the onions and spoon over chicken and then cover with cheese. Bake for about 10 – 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
½ onion chopped
½ bell pepper chopped
1 ½ cups of bread crumbs
2 eggs
salt and pepper to your taste
Topping ingredients:
Combine 1 ½ cups of ketchup with 4-5 heaping spoons of brown sugar. Mix together until all brown sugar is worked into the ketchup.
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine the above ingredients with the ground meat then place in a baking dish. After you get your meat spread around in the dish, you spread the topping all over the meat, cover and bake for about 30 to 40 mins.

1-15 oz can of tomato sauce
2 envelopes dry spaghetti sauce mix
2 tablespoons of minced garlic 8oz lasagna noodles
16 oz mozzarella cheese
2 cups cream style cottage cheese
How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat with onions and drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, garlic, and salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 15 min. don’t cook the noodles, instead place a layer of noodles then the sauce then cheese. Repeat until you get as many layers as you want. Bake for 30 min. or until noodles are done.
